We are looking to hire 1 chat/email/phone agent. Must be a proficient, kind and patient English speaker and assist our clients.
You will receive $5/hour + monthly bonuses of up to $300 for reaching 90% Happiness Score (you must keep minimum 80% customer happiness score to keep this job). You also have the possibility of doing extra hours on weekends and those are paid double your normal rate. After the first 9 months with us, if your performance is consistently good, you will receive a raise to $7.50 a hour.
With the help of our Senior Support Manager (your supervisor) you will study our software application (Galileo FX Trading Robot), our website, our YouTube channel to become knowledgeable about our product and you will reply to questions from clients and guide them to solve technical problems. You will also do appointments and video calls with customers to help them troubleshoot or setup our software.
This is not your average Tech Support job. We are looking for a competitive person who’s not stressed by customers. You must be committed to always improving yourself, growing professionally and take responsibility when you make mistakes.
These are the hours available in European/CET Timezone (pick one shift):
– Shift 1: Monday to Friday: 1am-5pm (8 hours)
